The following are frequently asked questions that I have seen or been asked. I will do my best to answer as best I can.
If you have a question that you would like to submit and see explained here, you may complete the form below. If others ask similar questions or I think its a question that needs explaining, I might add it and answer it here.
Keep in mind I will not discuss specific sites or suggestions. Rather if you have a legitimate question about the directory or its processes, you may suggest the question here and I will try and answer the ones that are most frequently asked.
- I submitted my site, how long should I wait before I submit it again?
- How long should it take for a site submission to be reviewed?
- Will sites be listed in a category that doesn’t have an editor?
- My site covers many topics. Can I suggest sub-pages to all categories that apply?
- My site is already listed but the URL or description is incorrect. How can I fix this?

- My site is as good as my competitor’s site which is listed. Why has my submission been ignored?
- I see my site is listed, but I can’t find it when I use DMOZ search. Why?
